14. To View Your Show Click Slide Show  View Show -or- Press F5 Click the mouse or use the down or right arrow key to advance Press ESC to stop the show

15. Saving Your Work Click File  Save or Save As Save-replaces the old file with any changes you have made Save As-allows you to save a new copy of a file that you have changed while leaving the original in place

16. Fun Little Trick While Viewing a PowerPoint –Pressing “B” turns the screen black –Pressing “W” turns the screen white
