3. What are some pros? Students are more engaged Students get hands on experience with technology Makes lessons more meaningful and more likely to “stick with them”

4. What are some cons? Students can become distracted from the task at hand This initiative costs a lot of money-that school systems don’t have.

This initiative better prepares students for careers and the business world As long as teachers are putting the technology to use in ways that is content centered they can really improve achievement. Students are generally more motivated. Exposes students to technology that may or may not be available in their home
