Today’s Goal: To learn about the writing style of the Native American culture in early American writing Due today: 2 paragraphs of pre- test drafted Fun fact of the day: George Washington was terrified of being buried alive. Work on poster (half of group work on a 7-10 sentence summary on one piece of paper, and the other half work on an illustration on the other sheet of paper.) 4. Today’s Goal: Identify the course goals and their significance to you Today is: THURsday, Aug. 27, 2015 1.Please come in and send one member from your group to go get yesterday’s group poster from Ms. Whitaker. 2.On the back side of your Plot Map from yesterday, write “Characteristics of Origin Myth.” Read through your story again and try to identify as many characteristics of a Native American Origin Myth as you can find within your story. 3.Finish any last minute touches to your poster; we’ll begin presentations in 10 minutes.
