18 18 Test Summary IPv6 performance is inferior to IPv4 The Cisco router enables IPv6 routing based on software not hardware 6to4 tunneling performance is very poor but Cisco 6PE performance is good The MPLS labeling doesn’t affect the performance of IPv6.
