Proposed Conditions Proposed Improvements at the Ministry Center, 225 Stevens Ave. a.15,000 SF interior improvements for the Preschool, Hispanic Fellowship and meeting rooms b.220 SF elevator c.200 SF kiosk for flower sales d. retaining walls for courtyard improvements & Preschool playground e. water efficient landscaping & irrigation and recycled water usage e.reconfigured parking lot, media filters, porous pavers, & runoff thru planters f.add sprinklers & fire alarm to existing building g. 12,000 SF existing Church offices to remain Ministry Center
