19 Apr 03 18 Central Highlights Ad Diwaniyah –Establishing police force –Hospitals “doing ok” 400 beds, 50 doctors and nurses Needs security, fuel for generators, oxygen –Shops open; ice and vegetables for sale –Majority of people do not need food Reports that all families have 2-month stock-pile
