Town Center Maintenance Agreement - Background 1500 acre Master Planned Community Developer installed infrastructure to support development (roads, water & sewer lines, stormwater facilities, etc.)

Framework Maintenance Responsibilities based on: Owner of facilities is responsible for maintenance or as agreed to by parties in the agreement established policy and practice for the City’s maintenance responsibilities, conditions established in the approval of Town Center, and how development will proceed in the Town Center Town Center Maintenance Agreement

Town Center Maintenance Agreement – Roadways & Bicycle/Pedestrian Facilities

Maintenance Agreement City: improvements within the public right-of- way; roads, curb and gutter, striping, bicycle-pedestrian facilities adjacent to roadway (exceptions are outlined in the agreement) Town Center Maintenance Agreement

Maintenance Agreement CDD: Enhancements in right-of- way such as pavers at crosswalks and raised intersections or fountains and pavers within the roundabouts/traffic circles, Town Center Maintenance Agreement
