Eating healthy I think my diet is pretty good but I think I eat to much sugar sometimes A way that I could improve is eat less sugar. I could have healthy lunches premade because when your really hungry you usually just eat the quickest thing available and that isn't always the healthiest. When your on the go its difficult to make a healthy meal so you usually buy something that is quick and unhealthy.

Stress One way I could reduce stress in my life is sit down and relax if I feel stressed. In an average day for me I have a pretty minimal amount of stress the most stresfull part of my day is probably having to wake up early.

Physical Activity Physical activity plays a big role in my life lots of the things I enjoy doing involve it like snowboarding, skateboarding, or just going places with friends a lot of the time were walking.
