3 1. Standard reports: My reports: accessible for all users Our reports: accessible only for users with special rights to launch "our" reports 2. Advanced reports (configurable reports): Live Listings: accessible for users with special rights to launch "live listings" Analytical Reports: accessible for users with special rights to launch analytical reports Adhoc reports (customized reports for each user) All standard and advanced reports have the following Export capabilities: Export data in Excel format and Export data in PDF format Adhoc reports can be generated in one of the following formats: HTML, Excel or CSV format NOTE: Standard and Analytical reports do not reflect the live database. Tables for these types of reports are refreshed once a week, during the weekend. Changes made in the database will be registered in the reports run the following week. Live Listing and Adhoc Reports reflect the live database. Changes should be immediately registered in the reports. 3 Types of Reports

4 The standard reports have all the following requirements: 1. One-click approach: only 1 consolidation dimension should be selected by the End User 2. All reports are grouped per month 3. The result is available via a graph: only subtotals are displayed (not the items) Standard Reports

5 There are two types of Advanced Reports and three general features: Type 1. Live Listings: Reports on Live data, reflecting the real situation in the database at the moment of launch. Type 2. Analytical reports: Reports on data stored in a “datamart”, updated once per week. Feature 1: Extensive data Filtering capabilities (include/exclude data) Feature 2: Extensive data Grouping capabilities (“outline” your data) Feature 3: Extensive data Sorting capabilities Advanced Reports

6 Create a Live Listings of Requisitions report for all jobs in the US that are open, consolidated by Level 2 Organization and sorted by Creation Date. Create a Live Listing of Candidates report that shows candidates that have been added to the system in the last 7 days. Include only candidates that came from the External Careers Website. Sort them from newest to oldest showing the details of the candidates. Advanced Reporting Demonstration

7 Each user with the necessary rights is able to create Adhoc reports, with the help of an Adhoc Report Creation wizard, which will take the user through 7 steps, to define the following: 1. The data type of the report to create, that will drive the type of columns that you be able to pull on the report 2. Columns & their order 3. Order of the column 4. Filter criteria and column sort order 5. Scheduling options 6. Sharing options 7. Distribution options Adhoc Reports

8 Build an “Application” Ad-hoc report that contains the following fields: Candidate First Name Candidate Last Name Application Date Position Applied For Name of Recruiter on the Position Build a “Requisition” Report that shows the approval audit history for all jobs created in the Americas in the last 7 days. Include the following fields: Name of each approver at each step Date it was submitted to each approver Current status of each approval Ad-hoc Reporting Demonstration
