When Am I Legally Drunk?  CDL Drivers of school buses and daycare buses are considered legally drunk if their BAC is.02%  Alabama laws says that drivers 21 years of age or older are legally impaired if their BAC is.05% or greater. (In this case drivers generally are swerving or driving erratically)
