With low self esteem, we sometimes do not see our achievements. Low self esteem can make us feel lonely. We want to change ourselves for others. We feel miserable. It can lead to depression, eating disorders, and alcohol/drug abuse. Why is Low Self Esteem Bad?

Why is it important? – High self esteem helps you make good decisions and hold onto your values. Can you change your self esteem? – YES! Is it EASY to change your self esteem? – No. It takes hard work and can be a lifelong process. Questions about Self Esteem

Learn what affects your self esteem. Learn your strengths AND weaknesses. Don't compare yourself to others Set realistic goals for yourself. Celebrate your achievements. Take it one day at a time. Do your best each day. How Do You Change Your Self Esteem?
