Integration with Other Justice Agency Partners Case.net The Case.net web application provides inquiry capabilities for court data to both the general public and secure Case.net users. Examples of secure Case.net users are prosecutors, law enforcement, probation and parole officers and attorneys registered with the MO eFiling System. Criminal History Reporting (ECH) The ECH application reports filing and disposition information from the courts case management system to the MO State Highway Patrol on a once a week schedule. Debt Collection A system to report delinquent court debt from the court case management system to our vendor (Xerox) for the purpose of executing debt collection processes.

Integration with Other Justice Agency Partners Electronic Traffic Reporting (ETR) The ETR application reports traffic disposition information from the courts case management system to the MO Department of Revenue five days a week, Monday through Friday. Fine Collection Center Case Transfer A transfer of traffic ticket case data from the MO State Highway Patrol to MO Office of State Courts Administrator and then onto the Fine Collection Center and the circuit courts. Jail Incarceration A transfer of data from local jails to MO Office of State Courts Administrator containing information related to those currently incarcerated. This information is used by the courts in the court case management system to identify the incarcerated individuals that are scheduled to be in court.

Integration with Other Justice Agency Partners MO Criminal Date Exchange (MOCDEX) A web service interface to allow prosecutors to file criminal filings data and attached documents with the courts. (Will eventually replace the PA Transfer described below.) MO Juvenile Justice Information System (MOJJIS) A web application which provides for the secure sharing of information between several agencies for the purpose of coordinating services to juveniles participating in programs administered by those agencies. The participating agencies are the MO Office of State Courts Administrator, MO Department of Social Services – Children’s Division and Division of Youth Services, MO Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, MO Department of Mental Health, and MO Department of Health and Senior Services. MO Victim Automated Notification System (MOVANS) A data transfer from the court case management system to the Department of Public Safety vendor Appriss for the use of victim notifications related to court case scheduled events and dispositions.

Integration with Other Justice Agency Partners Mental Health Reporting (NICS – FBI’s National Instant Background Check System) A data exchange from the court case management system to the MO State Highway Patrol and onward to NICS for use during background checks and the approval of gun purchases and permits. PA Transfer A web service interface to allow prosecutors to transfer criminal filing data to the courts to be used when the prosecutor files the paper documents with the court.

Integration with Other Justice Agency Partners Probate Reporting A monthly data transfer from the courts to the MO Attorney General and MO Department of Revenue containing both new pending probate case information and probate case disposition information. Tax Offset A system to report delinquent court debt to the MO Department of Revenue for the purpose of collecting debt from pending tax refunds prior to the refunds being issued to the person. VAWA – Protection Orders (VAWA- Violence Against Women Act) A data exchange between the courts court case management system and law enforcement systems, managed by the MO State Highway Patrol and REJIS/ALERT, to track the issuance and status of protection orders.

Missouri Electronic Filing System User Agreement This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of use of the Missouri Electronic Filing (eFiling) System. I acknowledge I have read this agreement and agree to its terms of use. Terms & Conditions of Use (1) I presently am a member of The Missouri Bar in good standing who is authorized to practice law or have been admitted to the practice of law in this state pro hac vice.

Missouri Electronic Filing System User Agreement (2) The Missouri eFiling System account being registered is for my use or for use by my authorized non- attorney agent or employee. I knowingly will not permit my login to be used by anyone other than my authorized agents and employees. I agree my Missouri eFiling System account shall be used only for official court business. (3) If I am a government attorney whose subscription fee has been waived, I agree the account shall be used only for governmental purposes. (4) If I am a lawyer admitted pro hac vice, I agree I can use the Missouri eFiling System only during the period I maintain pro hac vice status. (5) I understand that during the Missouri eFiling System pilot I do not have to pay any subscription or user fees to use the system. I promise to pay any subscription or access fees to use the system after the pilot period ends, in the event those fees become required. I further understand I may register to have multiple Missouri eFiling System accounts, but separate fees, if applicable, shall be paid for each account.

Missouri Electronic Filing System User Agreement (6) I agree to provide complete and accurate information to the office of state courts administrator to become a registered user and that I will maintain such information by promptly informing the office of state courts administrator of any changes to that information. (7) I agree to maintain an e-mail address at which the registered user agrees to accept service through the electronic filing system and other notices. (8) I agree to provide the information required for case processing, submit documents in the proper format, and pay any required filing fees and court costs. Any registered user who violates any conditions of use or takes any action intending to harm the Missouri eFiling System in any manner, alter electronic documents or information stored in the system, or make any unauthorized use of the system commits misuse. Misuse of the electronic filing system may result in loss of a users registration and subject the registered user to any other applicable penalty.

Missouri Electronic Filing System User Agreement Disclaimer The Missouri eFiling System will be provided on a non-guaranteed basis seven days per week (Sunday through Saturday), 24 hours per day, excluding scheduled maintenance as designated on the electronic filing web page by the office of state courts administrator. Warranty The office of state courts administrator makes no warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose. While that office and the courts strive for accuracy and completeness of data furnished pursuant to this agreement, no warranty or representation as to accuracy or completeness is made or implied.
