2. Types of Energy There are a lot of types of energy, four of these energy are:  Kinetic Energy  Potential Energy  Electrical Energy  Nuclear Energy

3. Kinetic Energy Energy of motion It related to speed Example: moving bicycle, people running, stone dropped from the skies. ½ mv 2

5. Potential Energy It is a stored energy. The energy is stored by doing work against a force. A book on a table has more P.E than a book on the floor. Factors: Mass of the object, distance and gravity. P.E = mgh

7. Electrical Energy It is the primary source of energy consumption in any household. Electrical energy is supplied by power plants. Power plants usually fuelled by fossil fuel.

9. Nuclear Energy Energy released during splitting the nuclei of the atom. Nuclear energy splits uranium and/or plutonium. Nuclear energy uses fission method. It produces heat, or electricity (nuclear power plant).
