Patel Alloy Steel P Ltd has installed capacity at Foundry for 40,000 tons/Annum & can produce fully machined & painted castings for 2500 MW worth of components. Patel Alloy Steel P Ltd has at its disposal a latest and most modern foundry supported by latest fully CNC machine shop. PROCESS CONTROL SAND TESTING: Laboratory equipped to conduct test on moulding sand MECHANICAL TESTING: Laboratory equipped with 40 Tons Universal Testing Machine,Impact Testing Machine, Stationary and portable Hardness Testing Machine CHEMICAL ANALYSIS: Laboratory equipped with Direct Reading Vacuum Spectrometer for simultaneous analysis of up to eighteen elements Chemical analysis by Wet method is also available MICRO STRUCTURE: Metallurgical laboratory with arrangement for micro structure examination and photograph NONDESTRUCTIVE : Non-destructive Laboratory for Ultrasonic, Magnetic Particle TESTING and Dye Penatrant Tests.
