Berthomé2115/05/2014 MANUFACTURE General materials needed to build HRMT23: -Aluminium (6082 T6 principally) in sheet (maximum thickness : 40mm) and block -Stainless steel: sheet/bar of 304L and 304L vacuum Only 2 standard CF flanges 1xCF63 and 1xCF16 All others flanges in 304L vacuum (EPDM “o-ring” seal everywhere) Machining quality needed: -All seal interfaces should have a good quality of machining (flatness, roughness, size) - Vacuum tank 2.2m long (around 200Kg)
