You may want to include details of what they are wearing to help you find them quickly. For 12 o’clock - form a team of three to four members who teach similar content area. For 3 o’clock - form a team of three to four members who teach different content area. For 6 o’clock - form a team of three to four members who have taught the same/similar number of years. For 9 o’clock - form a team of three to four members who have taught different numbers of years.
