Free Response Grading ALL WORK MUST BE SHOWN FROM NOW ON. Correct answers with no work are worth 50% 100% - Correct work and answer 75% - Student has provided an answer that is relevant to question. Answer is wrong due to a simple mistake.

Free Response Grading 50% - Problem is set up properly with proper equations listed but is left unsolved or work provided is substantially incorrect yielding very inaccurate answers. 25% - Problem is attempted but little to no progress toward a proper solution is evident 0% - Blank

Labs Will begin to grade labs more strictly than previously As always, QUALITY > QUANTITY

Labs Abstract: – Background on topic of lab – Problem being pursued in lab – Materials list

Labs Observations: – All things that took place during lab that did not go in the procedure. Mistakes Things that went wrong Poor assumptions Broken equipment Rushing for time Misunderstandings Confusion

Labs Data and Data Analysis – All data summarized in TABLES. – Sample calculations of ONE set of data. It is not necessary to solve everything.
