2.  The moon was maid when a planet by name Thiea collided into earth  Small peaces of the earth core floated into space  In a weak all these peaces had melted together to form the moon  The moon was much closer to earth than it is I today and is still floating away from earth

3.  Without the moon earth would not be anything  The moon is in charge of the tides in the ocean  Making sure the earth isn't wobbling around  Without the moon earth would be similar to mars  Much closer or further away could lead to a catastrophe  The moon plays a big roll in life on earth

4.  People have already been to the moon because on July 20, 1969, at 20:18 Neil Armstrong stepped out of the Apollo 11 spacecraft and placed the first human foot on the moon  There have only been 20 lucky people in the Apollo program to walk on the moon

5.  The moon can be a useful in the future  The moon doesn’t have an atmosphere so we could build a space station on the moon  Solar panels can be set around the moon to give more energy to earth
