Private and Personal Information Identify Private and personal information. Private information should not be given out without the permission of a parent or teacher. Students learn to share information and communicate online. Critical thinking must be used to determine what to share, when and with whom.

Meeting People Online Beneficial and rewarding relationships can be developed online. Identify the benefits of online talk and messaging. Identify risks and disadvantages to talking online. Know when a situation is uncomfortable and what to do to be safe in the situation.
