Inventions The Model T Ford- first car ever!! Henry Ford created this car and at first they all were in black. He said: “You can have any color you want as long as it’s black”

New Popular Trends Ping Pong- created in Europe in 1890’s Speeding- speeding on the road by car. Later states enforced a new law to stop this by limiting speed to 20 mph!

Teddy Bears Why are stuffed bears called Teddy Bears?! President Theodore (Teddy) Roosevelt went hunting once and found a small bear tied to a tree. He felt it was “unsportsman-like” to shoot the bear so he refused. A newspaper reported drew a cartoon of the incident in a newspaper. And his wife made w little stuffed bears with buttons for eyes. It became a hit! All little children wanted “Teddy” bear!
