5.  Extrovert – Friendly and outgoing personality  Introvert – Less outgoing and thoughts are directed inward.  Optimist – Someone who focuses on positive.  Pessimist – Someone who looks at the negatives and expects the worst.

6.  Assertive – Able to stand up for yourself and express your feelings in a nonthreatening way.  Passive – Holding back your feelings and yielding to others  Aggressive – Communicating your ideas and feelings in a forceful or threatening way.

12.  Psychologists state that there are two ways our personality is formed.  1. Heredity – passing from parent to offspring just like hair color and eye color.  2. Environment or Surroundings  For the most part, personality is a combination of both.
