3 Why PGL? Every parent wants their children to explore, have fun and discover more about themselves. PGL experiences are exciting, full of fun, shared with new friends and enjoyed with laughter but they are also challenging, confidence building and learning experiences. They offer real, valuable (often life-changing) outdoor adventures, away from home and with other children but most importantly, in safe and hugely stimulating environments.

4 PGL Established in 1957, they are the UK’s leading children’s adventure holiday company. Our expertise, safe environment and pastoral care mean that we are trusted and respected by schools and families nationwide. Back in 1957, Peter Gordon Lawrence bought a folding canvas canoe and set off down the Danube. He loved this experience so much he wanted to share it.

5 What PGL is about? What PGL is about? Dedicated teams Independence Build confidence Make new friends

7 The Staff PGL kids say it’s ‘the staff’ that make PGL holidays the best! Fully trained and highly skilled, it’s our team that make PGL holidays so popular and successful Trained Instructors take responsibility during activity sessions. Safety !!!!!! Where a formal qualification exists, Instructors must hold it and Trainee Instructors must study for it.
