WHAT IS IT? Vinyl is a man made compound containing ethylene and chlorine Vinyl heat transfer is placing vinyl on an object such as a T shirt by heating it up with a heat press or a iron

PROPERTIES OF THE DECAL The first layer consists of a paper or a film face-stock ( the printing is done on the upper side of the face-stock) On the bottom of the face-stock is an adhesive layer A silicone or release coating is on the upper side of the backing material Lastly there’s a paper or film liner for the bottom layer of the decal

HOW TO 1.Cut out design 2.Set heat press for 350 degrees 3.Place T-Shirt front side up on the opened heat press 4.Put the vinyl on the T-Shirt, backing side up and shut the heat press 5.Leave the heat press shut for about 10 seconds 6.Shortly after you can remove the backing and the T-Shirt is done
