Affiliate submits application to NAEYC Office of Affiliate Relations Send applications to training@naeyc.orgtraining@naeyc.org – Prioritize application acceptance Current, updated Roles & Functions Report online Current Annual Report &/or Strategic Plan Affiliate Relations notifies affiliate re: acceptance

How does the collaboration work (cont)? Affiliate Contact receives info from NAEYC staff (Prof’al Development & Practice or Accreditation Program Support—finalize date, discuss logistics NAEYC sends Letter of Agreement NAEYC provides marketing documents for affiliate to publicize training session

How does the collaboration work (cont)? Affiliate secures training site, arrangements for training day (catering, AV, other) NAEYC & affiliate agree—registration system NAEYC ships training resources to Affiliate Contact Affiliate Contact ensures all is ready for the training NAEYC sends trainer(s)
