11. Reputation / Professionalism February 2014 Discrepancies found in two programs’ schedules from October through December, 2013. Involved unreported vacation time and unreported leave of absence. Resulted in misrepresentation and incorrect billing to four different affiliated hospitals. Affected over $5,000 that had been billed to affiliates. Necessitated contact with state agency (UMEC) and affiliates to correct cost reporting data.
