The goal: To provide specific performance parameters in order to help businesses benchmark their CSR initiatives in the field of prevention, retention and recruitment of employees from marginalised groups in society. EVENTS for all purchasers of VFSA businesses: Inspiration to purchase goods from Social Enterprises as a way to employ marginalised groups.
