8. The Incas were able to bring water to dry land by way of aqueducts, which were a series of canals and pipes.

9. The Incan people worshiped many gods, with Initi, the sun god being one of the more important gods.

10. The Incan empire came to an end in the 1500s when they were conquered by the Spanish.
