14 Continued Growth & Development The use of Information Communication Technology (ICT) is increasing. Internet use and penetration continue to increase, whilst Internet availability is six (6) times higher since 2005. Wi-Fi and Wi-Max broadband services are available in over 90% of the state, while Global Packet Radio System (GPRS) services are available island-wide.
