Today’s Situation Too many lawns for me to mow by myself I want to continue the business

How Did We Get Here? Last year’s customers asked for the service again Neighbors of last year’s customers have asked about the service I already own two mowers and an edger that I used last year

Available Options I can mow all the lawns myself Advantages I would get all the profits Disadvantages I would risk injury, overextending myself I might not do as good a job, thus customer satisfaction would suffer I would have little free time I would have to keep up with all billing and collection

Available Options I do not mow lawns this year Advantages I would have lots of free time Disadvantages I would have no money to spend during free time I would have to try to find a summer job that may or may not pay as much I would not be using the equipment I own

Recommendation Recommend I ask Tracy and Jordan to join me in business We could work together to earn money and satisfy customers Tracy and Jordan, will you join me in business?
