Background Information April 23, 2010 Arizona Governor Jan Brewer signed Senate Bill 1070, the “Support our Law Enforcement and Safe Neighborhoods Act.” On April 30, 2010 Governor Brewer amended Senate Bill 1070 and added immigration provisions.

Recent News November 1 st -Hearing before a three-judge panel of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals The panel is considering whether to let a temporary hold on the law stand while the constitutionality of the statute is weighed.
