Background Google Analytics used to complement DSpace statistics Concerns over DSpace statistics DSpace stats tended to break on us SOLR stats put a lot of pressure on our server 2 datasets which didn’t quite match Google analytics does not automatically count downloads February 2015 – Decided to solely use Google analytics April 2015 – Go Live

Where to start There is so much information that it can be confusing Basic information – Referrals, Geographic etc can be shown in dashboards Import dashboards Generic Dashboard is good for showing simple information This can be customised
