Most parents pay more attention to the benefits of enrolling children in pre-kindergarten programs. This is essential to children before they enter the first grade. Children in immigrant family have a huge population in US, those children who play a significant role in the future economy The program show a positive effect on children’s cognitive skills which will relate the academic success

To increase the quality of education, the bilingual kindergarten should recruit professional teachers To encourage immigrant children socialize with native speakers. To attract the immigrant children, the organization should hire an advertising agency. To improve the service, the kindergarten should invest funding to enhance their infrastructures. In order to guarantee the attendance, the bilingual kindergarten should pick children up every day. As to the designation of courses, the bilingual kindergarten should make different levels for the different age groups.
