Why Do I Travel? About Mrs. Potter kpotter@erskineacademy.org (207)445-2962 Ex:1117 the experience is everything Kelly Potter is the French teacher at Erskine Academy and has been teaching for 25 years. She has run 15 trips similar to this, I have participated in 4 of these trips. Currently 27 people are signed up, 15 of those being adults who would act as chaperones. Up to 50 people may sign up, this is to keep a reasonable group size

Trip Contract France/Italy Trip Contract and Permission Slip I,__________________________understand that during this school- sponsored foreign trip, I am acting as an ambassador for my school and for the United States of America. I promise to conduct myself in a positive, mature manner and in accordance with all school polices as well as Maine state law and the laws of the countries I visit. I agree the I will not partake in the consumption or purchase of alcohol or any other illegal substance before or during the trip even if alcohol consumption is legal in that country. I understand that if I break this contract, I will be in jeopardy of being sent home immediately at my expense. I have read the accompanying list of expectations. I agree that I will abide by them or be in jeopardy of being sent home at my expense. Since this is a school trip, I understand that all school policies and disciplines will be applied to school policy. Other Information Students will need to bring in a copy of their insurance Students will follow school rules and procedures while on the trip, if not they will be sent home at their own expense. Meetings will be held with parents and students to prepare them for the trip. Our online Tour Diary lets parents and friends see pictures of the group as they travel, so they know their children are safe, happy, learning and having fun. From talking with students so far, 17-20 are interested Possible sponsors/donations (Walmart, Five Guys, Quirk Auto)
