Who will support it? –As the cyber-marketplace grows, more and more companies will benefit from this service since it combines the benefits of online transactions (cheap, 24-hour turnaround, etc.) with personal service –Personal service remains an important part of business success and also helps customers learn to use and benefit from the service.
