2011 NPMA Conference Series III National Capital Area Conference Public Law No: 111-338 This bill passed the Senate and House and became law on December 22, 2010 when signed by President Obama. “To include organizations whose membership comprises substantially veterans as recipient organizations for the donation of Fed. surplus personal property through State agencies.”

They need our help and commitment!
