Higher Level Qualifications  Demand Driven Funding arrangements  RTO’s must be PQS under Higher Level Skills Program  Funding towards training for eligible participants only  Funding determined by training subsidy list, formed by priority listings  Paid directly to the RTO  Co-contribution fee’s payable  Target Groups  Individuals seeking to gain employment in a targeted industry  Existing workers seeking to enhance their skills profile for career advancement  Individuals seeking a pathway to university aligned to priority occupations for industry and the economy.

9. Student Levies  Determined by ASQA  Currently $1.60 per nominal hour  Can include additional discretionary fees – Administration fees  Cannot withhold issuing of qualification / SOA if student does not pay levies
