2. SAAB DYNAMICS INNOVATION STRATEGY There is no clear innovation strategy at Saab Dynamics at this moment. We have a deprecated innovation process from 2013. Our close cooperation with FMV can partly explain the reason for not having an innovation strategy. FMV has in the past founded studies at Saab Dynamics that have been in line with an overall strategy for creating right capabilities for the Swedish AF. FMV founded studies at Dynamics have diminished over time and we need to take control over our own innovation capability. As a first attempt to define our own innovation strategy, we are evaluating the possibility to use Ericsson’s innovation framework. To change the footer information, select the “Insert tab”, click the “Header&Footer” button and type your information depending on content below: The “Document ID” information should be typed in the box “Date & time field – fixed”. Select the suitable classification for company confidentiality. Options are: “COMPANY UNCLASSIFIED” or “COMPANY RESTRICTED” or “COMPANY CONFIDENTIAL”. Select the suitable classification for export control. Options are: “NOT EXPORT CONTROLLED” or “EXPORT CONTROLLED”. Using compressed pictures reduces the amount of memory and thereby the cost of storage. To compress: When you save the presentation, click the Tools option button and select “Compress Pictures”. In the dialog box you can select the target output “Screen” (150 ppi) to minimize the document size but sill have good visibility on screen and projectors.
