How we did it The birth of 4 CERACs Sommet sur l’enseignement supérieur = 25 and 26 février 2013 4 CERACs have been created : Cégep de Drummondville; le Cégep de Sainte ‑ Foy; Cégep Marie-Victorin; Champlain Regional College. The objective: Support to the college network Improve their performance in RAC services towards their clients.
