Voting methods Only authorised contacts for APNIC members can vote: –Online via MyAPNIC Started 16 Feb 2009 Ended 9:00am UTC+8 on 25 Feb 2009 –Proxy voting In accordance with APNIC By-laws Ended 9:00am UTC+8 on 25 Feb 2009 –Onsite voting Corporate contact, contact with voting rights or nominated proxy can collect your ballot papers from meeting registration desk till 2:00pm today

Voting entitlement APNIC members are entitled to vote at APNIC Member Meetings according to their membership tier: – Associate : 1 vote – Very Small: 2 votes – Small: 4 votes – Medium: 8 votes – Large: 16 votes – Very Large: 32 votes – Extra Large: 64 votes

Ballot paper for onsite voting To make the vote count easier, bulk ballot papers are used Ballot paper is worth number of votes your membership tier entitles you to –Associate: 1 vote –Very Small: 2 votes –Small: 4 votes –Medium: 8 votes –Large: 16 votes –Very Large: 2 x 16 votes –Extra Large: 4 x 16 votes For members who wish to split their vote, you can "trade in" their ballot paper for a set of single-vote papers equal to your total voting entitlement

Onsite voting procedure All ballot papers are stamped Please mark up to 4 boxes with an “x” Invalid ballots if: –No boxes are marked –More than 4 boxes are marked –Ambiguous marking Call for scrutineers for vote count Ballot box at registration desk Onsite voting open until 14:00
