Problem Statement Secondary orchestra teachers are required to share the classroom with another colleague of equal status, with little or no pre-service training related to collaboration.

Learner and Environment Context The learners are secondary Orchestra teachers in Gwinnett County Public Schools. From the learner survey, a question related to pre-service training in the field of collaboration scored very low. Also, the survey indicated they would like this type of training.

Terminal Objective SWBAT generate a course syllabus by planning cooperatively in a two-person team using strategies for successful co- teaching practice.

Lesson Objective SWBAT outline and use three types of strategies for resolving conflict in collaborative interactions.

Instructional Strategy Our overall strategy was to generate a web- based workshop for teachers to take and review as needed Video was used to provide an overview Narrated Power Point presentations for new content Video clips and scenarios were used for learner practice Discussion boards were used for learner participation and feedback
