 As we all know, Humour is a best way to get rid of the stress of daily life. As my friends mentioned before there are lots of benefits of laughing physically and mentally on our bodies These are scientifically proved datas.

 In addition to this, humour also helps to break taboos and bring people together. Throughout the ages, nations have been using “humour” as a means of expressing their misunderstanding s, foolish, weak and bad qualities

 It is a widespread opinion that each country has its own sort of humour, which is hard to understand for people of a different culture. Some issues and topics are specific of a particular place. We can’t be in an expectation that everybody will give the same reaction or feel the same thing or will laugh at the same time.

 A universal aspect of humour is to make us smile and think.

 There is No doubt that, every nation in this place has loads of comic figures in their own literatures. Today, we chose most significant character in our literature. NAsreddin Hodja….Let’s see who he is…

One of Turkey’s most endearing figures He is a symbol of Turkish humor and his stories have passed from one generation to the next It is believed that he lived in the 13thor 14th century He studied under famous scholars and worked for a local judge Soon, people were coming to him for advice, justice, and to listen to his amusing stories Versions of Hodja are found throughout the Middle East

 “Hodja” means “instructor” or “teacher” as well as “religious leader”  He is characterized by being a wise man with great wit  He is also often portrayed as a trickster  He is also often portrayed riding a donkey backwards

 One day Nasreddin Hodja was riding his donkey backwards, facing towards the back.“Hodja” the people said,“you are sitting on your donkey backwards!”“No,” he replied.“It's not that I am sitting on the donkey backwards, I'm just interested in where I have been coming from more than where I am going, my friends.”

 During a conversation with Tamerlane (is another major character in his stories) Hodja started bragging about his donkey.  "It is so smart that I can teach it even how to read, "he said.  "Then go ahead and teach it reading. I give you 3 months.," Tamerlane ordered.  Hodja went home and began to train his donkey. He put its feed between the pages of a big book and taught it to turn the pages by its tongue to find its feed. Three days before the three month period was over, he stopped feeding it.  When he took his donkey to Tamerlane, he asked for a big book and put it in front of the donkey. The hungry animal turned the pages of the book one by one with its tongue and when it couldn't find any feed between the pages it started braying.  Tamerlane watched the donkey closely and then said,  "This is sure a strange way of reading!"  Hodja remarked,  "But this is how a donkey reads. "
