8. Creating a Movie Activity Take about 10 photos of people sitting near you Create a folder on the desktop to copy your pictures from your device to the desktop Sign-in to AnimotoAnimoto

9. Making the Movie Click the Create button on the top right corner of the screen

10. Choose a Style Brilliance and Animoto Original are both great choices for most classroom movies Choose a background style to highlight the photos

12. Upload Pictures and Video Click the box to upload and select where you want to upload pictures from ◦ Desktop folder ◦ Facebook ◦ Instagram ◦ Many other choices This is the part that takes the longest

13. Changing Music Click on the bar above the pictures with the song title to change the music in your video ◦ Genre ◦ Length of song Music can also be uploaded from your computer (beware of copyright laws)

14. Pacing Click on the settings gear on the right side In the pop up window, adjust the speed to fit your pictures This can cause some pictures to be bumped from your video

15. Should I add text? Movie title Names of people in the pictures Short captions about a photo The name of the person creating the movie

16. Preview Always click preview Check for: ◦ Spelling errors ◦ Image direction ◦ Image speed

17. Pre-view Pop-up Window Add a Title, Description, and Date Skip & Produce Or Continue Editing
