18 18 Conclusions 146 respondents were questioned in Lithuania in Kaunas region; Most of them are women from 26 to 55 and they are well educated – have university degree; Most of the respondents are employee; They do understand the definitions of health and suppose that “positive well-being” and “mental health” are the main;

19 19 Conclusions The respondents understand that health depends on our behaviour, choices and they should care their health; The respondents get information about healthy lifestyle from media; Adults are interested in information about healthy food, physical activities, mental and emotional health, but they also have lack of information about last one;

20 20 Conclusions The respondents think that school and gym organize and should organize health educational events and learning; The events about weight management, healthy eating, and nutrition would be the most useful to them; The tasting of healthy food and discussions are the most interesting events for our respondents;

21 21 Conclusions Most of the respondents don’t participate in health educational events in their communities; The main difficulties for participating in the health education have been identified – lack of time and financial problems; Practical methods and self-dependent learning are the most appropriate for the respondents;

22 22 Conclusions Most of the respondents are interested in healthy life style and learning about it, but they are passive and prefer to learn, but not to do.
