2. Fabric - inspection machine
For inspect / check the fabric–
Cloth passed through two roller & over lighted glass sheet

3. Straight knife cutter -To cut many layer together –
- 8” to 10” blade size
- cutting capacity 60% of the blade size –
- Used for cutting
big parts of garment

4. Single needle flat bed lock stitch machine
For high speedy production – two types – simple & with UBT system – auto oiling system – oil tank under base -

5. OVER LOCK MACHINE
For safety stitch – to stop fraying of cut edge of different parts – many kinds – 2threads, 3 threads, 4 threads, 5 threads , 6 threads for different utility

6. FEED OFF THE ARM MACHINE
Double needle chain stitch machine – working with four threads – two needles & two pullers – used on side seams of shirt – for cylindrical shaped garment components i.e. sleeve

7. EYELET BUTTON HOLER For eyelet shaped button hole – used in
heavy material like
denim, corduroy, etc.
The machine have three threads and raised bed

8. WAIST BAND ATTACHING MACHINE
For attaching waist belt – can attach single piece belt – to belting on cotton or jeans trousers – a folder must used –
The machine have eight threads – ( four needle and four loopier )

9. BLIND / BOTTOM HEMMING MACHINE
For trousers hemming – have single thread – axial cylinder bed – stitch length can adjust – needle has semi round shape

10. SNAP ATTACHING MACHINE
To fix metal snap on trousers –
machine have special dyes – the top part of
snap place on machine head - bottom part of
snap place on clamp – by pressing peddle,
both parts are fixed - can fix different sizes snap -
