5. Page 5 MBM’s Release Policy MBM will not release faculty CV’s to internal or external individuals unless the faculty member has given permission. Faculty know if their CV is up-to-date for a given purpose, so when requests come to our office we refer them to the faculty member’s office unless they have let us know that it is appropriate to release the information.

6. Page 6 Ingredients to help in Choosing the Right Category  Look at existing entries in the system Where does your faculty member list similar activities? Where do other faculty in the department or division list similar activities (depending on access)?  Which Mission does the entry belong in? Clinical Teaching/Education Research Service  Look at Keywords in the entry Ex: Grand Rounds Ex: Committee (Volunteering time belongs in Service) [Use the Keyword Search (on the Edit & Entry)]  Process of Elimination?  Ask Staff or Faculty within your Department or Division who use and are familiar with the system  Investigative work  Call MBM
