Constraints Bilateral Articulation Agreements and CTAGs are entered as a “Transfer Credits” on the college’s transcript. These courses are not used to calculate the college’s GPA. IMPORTANT: CTAG (CTAN) courses may not be used in an articulation agreement. CTAGs only apply to Ohio’s Public 2 and 4 year colleges. Private colleges are not required to accept CTAG credits.
