Reference WPx/Tx.y/YY-MM-DD/PP DB-USE’s task model An Action task is a task used to describe the end-user command to the system such as close a dialog, delete a data record, search information, open a dialog and so on. An Operation task is a task used to describe the display of the information to the end-user or the reception of the information from the end-user.
