Usability changes for Invitations & Campaigns Beyond URAL the usability changes for Invitations and Campaigns are detailed here.
2
Initial check on signup Issue with webmail; the system took yahoo.co.tw as a valid corporate address (We may have to update the DB or add yahoo.co.tw to the existing DB) – How to fix the issue with our emails going into SPAM folders/ or blocked by email servers (Seem to be a long-term problem.. Need to find an easier solution for this.) Tables are not properly sortable by DATE
3
Usability testing Phase 1 Input Make it very easy to add an email and send an email – Subject and Message in the invite needs to be pre- populated appropriately Invitation must be completed in less than 60 seconds – Add email address – Select Pivot – Send – Rest is advanced functionality, if any

(For Company) We signed up to Pivot- it.com because we could better engage our customers, and partners in a confidential manner, and save time and effort. 1.Pre-populate the subject: Subject line for invitation to join: (See the other ppt) Please accept my personal invitation to (pivot hashtag) because we can be on the same page” Subject line for invitation to follow: (See the other ppt) Please accept my personal invitation to (pivot hashtag or company name) because we can keep you posted

Inline help How do we introduce simple in-line help on each screen/ each field on each screen – DV is the only guy who can write the descriptions for the fields / forms; so have to provide him a way to write/update the help content and that is uploaded into production for display on the site – We need to have a data entry form for in-line help for DV and the marketing team to input the appropriate help – The IDs for (?) next to the specific field is turned on based on the input above; and the appropriate text is displayed upon mouse hovers over the (?) icon next to the specific field. (white letters inside a black callout box; similar to the menu button hover of the mouse)

Bring consistency on tables… The difference in these tables is about the drop down menu. The NDA table starts with action and drops down to preview and user can then click preview. The other tables including pivot table show the ‘first action’ as on the dropdown but when the first action is clicked nothing happens unless you select the drop down and click on the specific action. Let’s use the word ‘Action’ vs. the first selection on all tables for mini-actions. To emphasize: No boundaries ; if possible.
