Pasadena Green Ordinance 1.Retain the services of a LEED accredited professional 2.Complete LEED project registration prior to issuance of a building permit. 3.Submit a LEED checklist and supporting documentation indicating points meeting at a minimum LEED “certified” level incorporated into documentation 4.Indicate in the general notes and/or individual detail drawings, where feasible, the green building measures employed to attain the applicable LEED rating.
