6  Laptops will be needed for interviews & case reviews  Screens for PowerPoint  Microphones  Printer  Xerox  County staff assigned to team? Large counties?  Help with review team needs?

7 Assign:  reviewers to teams  interview rooms for teams  cases each team will review

8  Who will do the welcome?  Co-chairs and agency directors/child welfare director/chief probation officer  Who will discuss county specific information?  One county staff, per number of teams, to be avail during peer team training for mock interviews.

9  Separate session for management and all staff  Flip charts  Food?  Who will give the closure? Thank the teams?  Co-chairs and agency directors/child welfare director/chief probation officer
